How do we pay?
You pay in advance when you book your classes. ONLY pay to our official bank account, either by QR code or manual transfer, or in cash at the school.

Why do we have to pay in advance?
We require advance payments in order to be able to add your selected classes/hours to our schedule. This is simply to make sure our teachers gets paid. Our calendar and available hours is always updated here on the website.
Is there a contract/TOS?
Yes, when you sign up for classes, we (the school) and you, sign a contract for the duration of the chosen period. You can find our standard contract here.
Is it possible to change my booked classes after the payment?
We always try to help if you need to change a booked session. But we need to know at least 2 days in advance. This is however something we can not guarantee. But we will try our best to accommodate requests.
What happens if the school cancels a class?
We would only cancel a class if our teacher is sick. If that happens we will contact you as very soon as possible to move affected classes to another time/day. You would also have the option to get your money back for any missed classes caused by us.
Do we get a receipt?
Yes, you should always get a receipt from our staff when you pay. Please remember that you should always confirm your selected schedule with our staff before you pay.
